Cash+ response progressing positively
Cash-plus works to prevent malnutrition. A World Bank Group-supported study said that the Social Fund for Development's (SFD) Cash for Nutrition is a value added response and that its soft conditionality is an effective alternative for unconditional / strictly conditional Cash transfer nutrition programs in conflict settings. The study added that this approach can encourage high attendance at required nutrition education sessions without risk of negative consequences for non-attendees.
