Preparations to launch lifesaving interventions
Conflict has left record numbers of Yemenis without health care, but #SFDYemen increases access to Life-saving services especially to the pregnant and the newborn. Here, our management checking works of building and equipping the Emergency Obstetric Unit at Aljumhori Hospital in Sanaa which is expaected to raise the current bed capacity up from 22 to 77 including 51 to be provided with gas networks, 32 incubators and 3 grand surgery rooms. The hospital expects the unit to receive more than 20,000 cases yearly.
